Pedigrees champion to champion does not always produce the great one. Bloodlines always matter but genes can find full expression on horse racing only when horse racing is of top quality. Horses like athletes must have constant training.

Smart and champion animals are like humans. They are raised to be smart, intelligence and champion. Good decision and behaviour are mostly learned and definitely not from genetics only. It is the way we interact with our animal (humans too hoR !!) just as in raising children. Half of behaviour is hereditary and the half is environment. The environment makes all the difference and whose is teaching and training that animal.
