More people became stressed amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Some of them face adjustment disorders due to the pandemic, presenting anxiety and depressive symptoms

Some can’t get used to being kaput on their business or being retrenched from work; and some have monetary problems

The Circuit Breaker (CB) had also affected people in different ways. Some had a phobia about getting the coronavirus and refused to leave home; another could not tolerate being cooped up in the house.

Sometimes people get irritated or frustrated for no apparent reasons. (ROFLMAO)

Some face acute stress. There are also cases of relapse among those suffering from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or recurrent depression.

And in his speech, PM Lee said that ensuring access to quality mental healthcare for every Singaporean is a major priority, with one in seven people here suffering from a mental health condition at some point.

Don't abandon your hobbies. If you don't have any, make new ones. You can learn to cook, learn to dance the Off Beat Cha Cha, read books, you can adopt a cat or a dog, grow a kitchen garden, play cards, checkers, chess, dominoes, marbles, gasing, chapteh, rounders game, five stones, barbie dolls, lego, guessing numbers game, catch spiders or go learn how to fly kites and thereafter/upon graduation you can go and fly a kite.
