race 2: restricted maiden (2 and 3 year old) (weight for age) - 1100m (polytrack) time: 18:50 prize money: s$85000

7 - GALVARINO - Beaten a lip in the Golden Horseshoe and extremely hard to beat with blinkers added for this.
1 - GAMELY - Did everything bar win in similar affair last start with gap to third and hard to beat here.
10 - ARARAT LADY - Filly who looked very comfortable at Official Trial and can consider on debut.

3 - SACRED TONIC - Raced maiden from NZ who placed two from four and can consider on the back of two solid local trials.

3 - CRACKING TOTTIE - Maiden having first start on the Poly but recent trial very good and can overcome wide gate and win.
6 - AMAZING MAN - Showed last start why this race is his caper and hard to beat from gate 3 with Duric a factor.
7 - HAPPY SAGA - Ran on well late as expected last start and can win if race run to suit swoopers.

3 - YELLOW JADE HORSE - Maiden who is due and will look the winner at some stage in straight with 4kg claimer.
1 - AEOLUS - Starts can be costly but form better than it reads and recent trial good enough to consider.
2 - LET'S TALK NOW - Goes well for this apprentice and worth thought at odds with best work expected late.

1 - DESTROYER ECLIPSE - Respiratory distress when disappointing with support last start and can win on form prior with blinkers added.
5 - CLASSIFIED - Ran on very well to be in the winning mix when resuming and could be hard to hold out from the ace.
2 - MASTER OF MALIBU - Won well last start in slightly easier non premier Class 4 company and can go on with the job.

6 - LARSON - Maiden who just missed last start and will appreciate Class 5 company. Goes close.
1 - IN BOCCA AL LUPO - Had support and just missed when resuming in this company and will go close again with a 2kg claim.
2 - MILLION ROUND - Form reads terribly but will grow a leg in Class 5 and can win.

6 - DIXIELAND ROCK - Never fired a shot in the Golden Horseshoe but happy to consider in this company/surface on slashing debut win three starts back.
4 - PRINCE ALEXANDER - Not the type to win out of turn but in form and looks the benchmark.
3 - KING KONG - Disappointing last start but did look due prior and appreciates gate 1.

1 - OTTAWA - Disappointing last start but may not have appreciated kickback and can seriously consider on best form dropping to Class 4.
5 - DRONE - Handy enough 3YO who needs a result for the support but wins this grade sooner than later.
10 - SATELLITE FIGHTER - Resuming. Lightly-raced 5YO maiden who has speed and looked some hope before bleeding last start. Keep safe.
